MEMBERSHIP

The best way to experience is to become an AMOCA Member!  Join our expanding family and become a part of the largest museum dedicated to ceramic art in the United States. Members receive exclusive benefits allowing them to enjoy select programming at reduced rates and are the first to know of our upcoming exhibitions and events.

At the Cobalt and above levels, members receive reciprocal benefits through AMOCA’s enrollment in; the North American Reciprocal Museum organization and the Reciprocal Organization of Associated Museums. Our members at these levels are entitled to reciprocal benefits to almost 700 institutions throughout North America.

Join us in saluting the American Museum of Ceramic Art on its 10th anniversary on Sunday, March 15, 2015. Show your support by purchasing tickets to the event or through becoming a community sponsor or event underwriter.

TRIBUTE/MEMORY GIFTS

Honor someone special to you or commemorate a special occasion through making a gift to AMOCA. If you would like to let the honoree know of your gift, we will send them a special gift acknowledgement. Please select an amount and then include their name and address at checkout.

 

MATCHING GIFTS

You can double your contribution to AMOCA if your employer offers a corporate matching gift program. The Human Relations Department of your employer can advise you regarding the company’s matching gift program and provide you with the appropriate form to include with your gift. Corporations that match gifts will be recognized in AMOCA’s Annual Report.

 

GIFTS OF STOCK

Stock that has increased in value can be used for charitable giving if the stock has been held for at least one year. Making a gift of stock provides you the opportunity to help AMOCA while realizing personal benefits.  If you intend to make a gift of stock or cash wire transfer, please email Carolyn Wagner at cwagner@amoca.org or call her at 909.865.3146.

PLANNED GIVING

AMOCA benefits from the generosity of individuals who have included the museum in their estate plans. Planned gifs can offer tax benefits that enable you to make a more significant gift than would otherwise be possible.  Some planned giving vehicles include: wills and living trusts, charitable gift annuities, charitable remainder trusts, charitable lead trusts, real estate, and donor advised funds.
