Permits and Plans – June 29, 2021

It has been a busy six months of planning and preparation:

It is thrilling to see the pieces come into place, and for the aspirations of so many to start to take shape! New renders and construction plans are also available (click on the image for a larger version):

Construction Progress – December 3, 2020

Construction continues – the floor has been leveled, studs removed, and adhesive has been jackhammered away!

Abatement Completed – November 24, 2020

Material abatement has been completed! The change is nothing short of remarkable. And Beth Ann joins us for a tour!

Abatement Begins – November 10, 2020

Material abatement started yesterday and progress has been swift. The section of the building has been completely isolated, and a significant amount of materials have been removed.
