Museum Visitor Information

The museum is open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11 AM–4 PM.

Masks are strongly recommended, but not required, per Los Angeles County Department of Public Health. Last entry is at 3 PM.

Admission to artist talks and receptions is complimentary with advance registration. The first Friday of every month, admission prices are pay what you can with advance registration. Youth under 12 can always visit AMOCA for free.

Museums for All

Through Museums for All, those receiving food assistance (SNAP benefits) can gain free or reduced admission to more than 850 museums throughout the United States simply by presenting their EBT card.

Location: 399 N. Garey Avenue, Pomona CA 91767

Driving directions: From the 10 freeway, exit Garey Avenue and drive south (away from the foothills) approximately one mile. The museum is on the right (west) side of Garey between Center Street and Monterey Avenue. Turn right (west) on Center Street and turn left to enter the parking lot.

Visitors may use the AMOCA parking lot free of charge.

Public Transportation

AMOCA is a short walk from the South Pomona Metrolink station and transit center, located on the corner of 1st and Main Street. From the station, head north on Main Street and turn right (east) on Center Street.

Accessibility

Wheelchair Access
AMOCA is wheelchair accessible and has handicap parking for those with handicap permits.

Blind or Visually Impaired Access
A member of our staff or a volunteer will provide a tour of the current exhibition. A selection of pieces may be available to touch depending on the nature of the exhibition. Please contact us in advance of your visit to make arrangements.
