Clay Date – A Family Workshop

AMOCA invites you on a clay date! Create your own unique coiled clay vase and paper bouquet for a special loved one (or yourself). Using coiling and sculpting methods with red air dry clay, we’ll first create our unique vases. Then, we’ll learn how to create vibrant paper flower bouquets to fill our clay vases. This workshop is sure to be full of sweetness and lots of smiles as we delight in handmade gift-making!
AMOCA’s family workshops are for all ages and everyone is welcome! Both adults and children will be given supplies to participate in the art project. Children younger than 16 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Your Clay Date registration includes admission to the museum the day of the event; AMOCA is open 11 AM -4 PM on Sunday, February 12.
This event is free for AMOCA Members. Members should contact membership@amoca.org to make sure space is available and reserve their spot.
