Museum Visitor Information

The museum is currently open Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 11 AM–4 PM. Tickets can be purchased at the door.

• $7 – Pomona resident, Student, Educator (w/current ID)
• $0 – Youth (ages 0-12)
• $0 – AMOCA Member
• $9 – Guest of AMOCA Member (accompanied by AMOCA Member)

AMOCA is open 11AM–4PM on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Last entry is at 3 PM.

Driving directions: From the 10 freeway, exit Garey Avenue and drive south (away from the foothills) approximately one mile. The museum is on the right (west) side of Garey between Center Street and Monterey Avenue. Turn right (west) on Center Street and turn left to enter the parking lot.

Visitors may use the AMOCA parking lot free of charge.

Public Transportation

AMOCA is a short walk from the South Pomona Metrolink station and transit center, located on the corner of 1st and Main Street. From the station, head north on Main Street and turn right (east) on Center Street.

Additional Admission Opportunities

First Fridays

The first Friday of every month, admission prices are pay what you can. Youth under 12 can always visit AMOCA for free.

Member Bonus Days

Interested in visiting the museum on Wednesdays and Thursdays? Become a member and take advantage of Member Bonus Days!

To book a Member Bonus Day visit, email us at membership@amoca.org and let us know the date you have in mind. We’ll reply to confirm your reservation. You can also call (909) 865-3146 during regular business hours to make a Member Bonus Day reservation.

Museums for All

Through Museums for All, those receiving food assistance (SNAP benefits) can gain free or reduced admission to more than 850 museums throughout the United States simply by presenting their EBT card. Show your EBT card and valid photo ID when you arrive at AMOCA to receive the Museums for All admission rate of $3 (for up to four individuals per EBT card).

Accessibility

Wheelchair Access
AMOCA is wheelchair accessible and has handicap parking for those with handicap permits.

Blind or Visually Impaired Access
A member of our staff or a volunteer will provide a tour of the current exhibition. A selection of pieces may be available to touch depending on the nature of the exhibition. Please contact us in advance of your visit to make arrangements.
